Each year, RPT gives scholarships to each of the high schools for which we provide sports medicine services. 1-2 students are chosen to receive the scholarship from each school based on certain criteria. Criteria includes: grades, financial need, and interest in the healthcare field. The scholarship is then presented to the student at the awards/recognition ceremonies. This helps further the education for these students as they go to college to seek a career in a healthcare field. RPT also donates scholarships to the Jordan and Canyon School Districts to help further education for students that have overcome overwhelming circumstances in order to continue their education and provide them a better future.

Alex Zettler and Lexie Byers received the Brighton Scholarship! We’re happy to say we chose two very deserving students for this scholarship. They’re pictured with Brad Pulsipher and Steve Verhaaren from RPT.

Faith Hall is this year’s RPT scholarship recipient at West Jordan High School. Faith excelled in school, earning a 3.99 GPA. She lettered in Track, Basketball, and twice in Cross Country. She will be attending Utah State University and wants to study occupational therapy. We are excited to extend this scholarship to Faith and look forward to working with her in the medical community.

Congratulations to Alyssa Woodward, winner of the prestigious Jordan Education Foundation Turn Around Scholarship sponsored by RPT! Presented by Nadine Wimmer, Principle Mike Kocheaver, and Scott Benson, PT. This young woman overcame very difficult life circumstances to win this great scholarship towards furthering her education!

Congratulations to all of our scholarship recipient this year! We’re thankful for the opportunity to be involved in this great community of which we’re a part..
