He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), having served as the strength coach for the baseball and cross-country teams during his time at university.
Michael blends strength and conditioning principles into his rehabilitation approach, viewing rehab as a training process in the presence of injury. He is motivated to empower individuals to maintain movement throughout their rehabilitation journey. Inspired by his own experience with physical therapy following surgery in high school, he has a passion for helping others return to their pre-injury levels of activity.
In his free time, Michael enjoys working out, hiking, golfing, and traveling.
